The First Shawnee Fresh Stop, June 9, 2011

Redeemer, in partnership with New Roots and the Shawnee Community Center, offered it's first Fresh Stop event on Thursday, June 9, 2011, bringing fresh, local, organic produce to the Shawnee area. Among other things, the first event featured a cooking demonstration from Chef Derrick Jackson of Jackson's Catering, inflatables from the YMCA, a visit from Louisville Mayor, Greg Fischer.
